Outdated and overpriced - definitely would not recommend.

Comfortable beds; walking distance to town, though I had expected to be a bit closer, given the correspondence Id had.

The 90s called and they want their hotel back. Very, very outdated. Disgusting state of furniture in room. Everything felt slightly dingy. Very overpriced. Put me off ever staying in a Copthorne hotel again. Mentioned the water pooling on the terrace - staff said they couldnt get anyone (never heard of a mop, I guess). Mentioned the state of the furniture - staff shrugged.

Would stay there again given its location and view.

Very spacious, good kitchen facilities and a fabulous view. Staff were pleasant. Onsite underground parking was a bonus.

Definitely needs some tlc and a paint job, bar was underwhelming and the restaurant was only open for breakfast which was really disappointing.

Check in was easy. The rooms were okay. I would start again for the price. The distance from town centre gave us good opportunity to walk.

Its very tired, bed too soft. The construction on the street interferes with views. We didnt take photos of the rooms.

A great stay, view and location.

Breakfast was great, spa good, rooms big and great view. Easy walk to town. Bus right outside door.

Would like an info book in room re how to use spa, what level gym/spa and restraunt on. Plus how to find laundry facilities without having to ask reception all the time.
