Views from room are good for lake facing rooms

Internet very slow You have to walk or drive to shops, given Queenstown is very crowded during Christmas holidays. Location becomes an issue as well. You end up spending lot of time in traffic and finding parking. Restaurant has very limited menu options.

Overpriced. View from the room wasnt great, have been to better places for half the price Room didnt have basic facilities like microwave so people can heat up takeaway or make their own coffee in the morning. Breakfast buffet was average as well. Cant control the aircon temperature.

Disappointing

Disappointed - full of expectation but felt was just a revenue guest rather than a customer.

The view was magnificent.

Check in was 2pm but couldnt get room until just before 3 which held us and our friends up from subsequent bookings that day. Customer service lacking as they knew had mucked us around and only offered two drinks once we queried their service. Entrance area toilet was terrible. 3 night stay and people in the room above us were making noise right thru to 1.30am one of the nights - told reception earlier in evening but nothing happened. Whole hotel felt quite tired and was very expensive.
