Pleasant

It was a pleasant experience with few shortcomings !

1. The Room, location and views were good and well connected to city. 2. Room sizes were really good and they upgraded us to Lake view which I am thankful to them.

1. Staff was not very friendly on few occasions. 2. Parking was always an issue if you reach resort after 8:00 PM 3. Breakfast menu was vey monotonous. 4. I see the resort was overpriced with the services provided.

Lovely staff , beautiful views at a great price

Showers) bathroom was outdated and the shower head combined with low pressure made it pretty hard to shower without bashing your back on the soap holder . Cupboard space for 4 people was also insifficient

We specifically requested for early check in instead of that we were checked in an hour later than the usual 2pm check in time.the staff was not co-operative in giving us an ETA so that we could move our bookings around. Pretty mediocre facilities for a four star hotel.No smart TV facility available.The staff told us that Netflix only works if you connect a samsung phone,really?? Not worth the money

The scenery was beautiful, staff were amazing, very friendly and very accomodating. Food was delicious and bar staff were super efficient. Love it so much.

As I am a wheelchair user, i didnt have access to join my family poolside. But could watch them from the 3rd floor.

Superb

We were provided with Lake view and views were awesome. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Laundry facilities are good, they had 4 pairs of washer and dryers all brand new. Staff were helpful and kind.

Limited parking space and you may have shortage on weekends if you return late back to room. On street parking is available though..
