Hearer problems .. we face difficulties to give bath for our child with cold water some of us not take bath

Location front have park Al Majaz
Be prepared for traffic congestion if travel from Dubai to this hotel
Not having proper light all light are warm light so Room full of darkness.
Room Curtain opens to next building window privacy problem.
Mobile Charging Power point are very bad only one socket in floor level.
Food are not much enjoyable

Front Desk staff and their Manager Mr. Abdul Karim Wheib were friendly, professional and helpful.
A misunderstanding put is in a smoking room. However Ms. Sara quickly took care of this issue and assigned us to a non smoking room the next day.
The bathroom is due for renovation.

If we had hot water maybe the situation was different.
There was not Hot water in the shower, the mattress were very hard, could not sleep well.
In addition the price was high.

Amazing stay in the heart of the city.
Its our second time staying in this hotel and it will always be the facility, the design of room- whom I love the most and the breakfast is the reason why i have booked it again. HUZAIFAH the trainee and the Myanmar lady I forgot her name add extra spice to our stay for accomodating us in the restaurant in a very friendly manner. They were engaged to my little 2 yr old baby and as a parent it warms my heart. The Myanmar lady even ask us if we want a food for my child so she can ask tbe chef but i said its okay, surprisingly she brought us nuggets and fries the next day, thank u.
