    The hotel staff were so polite and helpful. Hotel location was ideal for touring and shopping. Rooms were cleaned everyday to a quality standard. The view from family suite was a must. The buffet style food was delicious. Something for everyone. Would definately stay there again.

    We had a 2 bedroom apartment: Rooms were much older than expected, with unpleasant smell. Few towels were missing, no dental kits were available. The food was just average both for diner and breakfast. Definitely not at 5 stars level.

    Writing is continuous. Early morning 2 December my wife was admitted to hospital. The hotel security staff were extremely helpful arranging for the ambulance to arrive quickly. From that point onward I stayed with my wife in the clinic but kept my room 1402 on, initially to 11 December, paying in advance. I checked out 6 December. Reception have been very amenable in letting me have 1402 back when my wife is discharged, hopefully by 11 December, maybe sooner when I will check in again for a few days. Reception team's kindness and understanding in the stressful time has been greatly appreciated, knowing when she is discharged we have a temporary 'home' to go to nearby before returning to the UK, latest 17 December

    Good location
    The worst stay. Terrible service. In the room there werent any towels. We asked for them and were given just 2 towels. Usually theres min 2 towels for one person(for face and body) but in this hotel we were offered to use just 1 for everything. No bathrobes, no slippers also. One day wed hung dont disturb but room service knocked the door 4 times and after that called us in order to remind to check-out. Filth. There wasnt toilet brush in bathroom. There were rust and mustiness on a sink and bathroom curtains. Lot of spots on the carpet. Breakfast cost 50aed per person and it was disgusting. Worse than in dining-hall. Omelette was like in nursery. Baked beans were just a canned beans Hinz or like this. It was awful stay and we wont back. Frankly saying, for this place 3 stars are maximum.
