Location and surrounding area with It's cliff side restaurants was beautiful and worth every penny. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Excellent breakfast buffets.
Unfortunately there was only 1 big problem with this hotel, the beds! They have the most uncomfortable and painful beds i have ever slept on. They matress was more of a box spring being extremely hard, and i actually woke up with a bruises on my body,

1. The hotel did not have beach umbrellas or recliners..
2. Hotels should provision for Airport pick up. Would add to the premium feel

I enjoyed the pool, the sea view from the 11th floor was fantastic and the room was nice and cleaned well. The bed was excellent, the best I have experienced in hotels. The location at the beach was definitely a plus for me. The staff in all positions were very helpful and friendly.
I don't understand why the fried and scrambled eggs for breakfast were served cold. The aircon in the room rattled rather loudly which was disturbing. The Cosy beach was cluttered with rubbish even though there were attempts to keep it clean, which was disappointing. The guests were "booking" the sunbeds with towels even though at least half were not there at any moment.

Dont be fooled by the photos
Good location with access to the beach down some steps (not suitable for use by elderly or infirm), two good sized pools, pool bar - big shout out to PIM who provided us with fantastic service of cocktails during happy hour. Decent breakfast, nice restaraunt on site although quite expensive.
The rooms are not well represented on the photos, much smaller, bathrooms in need of renovation and our side sea view was a view of a car park. The room key to our room de-activated 12 times in 5 days, despite constant complaints about this issue, nothing was done and no real apologies. Customer service in general was poor, no service with a smile or a wai. Not a very personal or traditional Thai feel, potentially staff have become demotivated by majority of rude Russian patrons who dominate Pattaya these days.

Great view, best for the price!!
I loved the view. ITS SO AMAZING. Their is direct brach access, you can even take towels from the swimming pools. Oh yeah and the swimming pool is so big and clean. The whole view from the ocean side balcony is just too good. So worth the price. The breakfast is good too.
The infrastructure is a bit old. Only two pins work here and we requested for three pin but the reception staff told us to go buy from a shop. We had to keep asking for then to give. The lighting is okayish.
