    Pathetic food , slow service, un clean hotel.
    The room was spacious and clean.
    1. Very slow service, we had to wait for almost one hour to get to our room even though we reached at 3 PM. 2. The food is pathetic, the cook does not know how to cook. We had to return part of dinner as it was not eatable. 3. The common area is not cleaned regularly. 4. The hotel is mostly used by tour operators so avoid booking for individuals. Located on the outskirts of the city, no restaurant or hotel nearby.

    They look after the guests very well, surprised us with attention to details for even lifes little little stuff.
    Staff were exceptionally efficient and courteous too. Their Manager Prasanna is a wonderful host.
    They do not have an in-house travel and other local tour planner. May be younger people now a days do not need such stuff and this is an issue only for older generation.

    The initial reception while check in was good... But the same wasn't experienced by us while the day of check out.

    Not worth the money better hotels in the city
    The location is on the outskirts of Mysore, hence pls avoid the hotel There is no transport form the hotel to the city The hotel doesnt have a travel desk, they outsource to local desk where they will charge u more than twice of the cost
    There is nothing to be liked about the hotel Buffet spread is just OK The amenities in the rooms are not up to the mark
