Nothing really - we had an issue with the heating and air vent in bathroom But it didnt spoil the stay

Disappointing

Good location and close to the city center. Delicious food in the restaurant.

The fact that the staff who clean enters in the room without asking. The price of breakfast is not included in the total price. When we leaving we paid for all breakfastn (we were two days).

Wed definitely stay here again as close to family who live in Truro

Lovely room, great size. Very friendly staff.

We did have a problem with the heating but this was sorted out.

Great place to stay

Great cleans, comfy, large rooms

No plug in room 6 so couldn't have a bath. Room 1 shower needs a lower holder as disable person couldn't shower as only hole at normal fixed height so needed to hold shower which they are unable to do safely

Excellent. Service was quality and very informative when asked. The bed was lovely and comfortable, and the room was amazing. It's a great size with a lovely bathroom.

Excellent location, rooms, service.

Excellent location for touring Cornwall. Our room was immaculate in terms of cleanliness. The staff are amazing here and very helpful. Thank you Sue. Thank you to everyone working on Christmas Day lunch, the food was perfect and the staff were amazing.

Minor points = room was too hot even with the heating switched off. Pillows too hard for me. Traffic getting out of the site, but that cannot be changed unless the CCC change their plans..lol

suffice to say We will be booking there again for our next trip to Truro.

we were early. the Staff were most kind and wanted us to have our room asap. We went for coffee (very good) and then a staff member came to tell us that we could check in. Room was charming ,comfy bed ,lovely bedding, Very nice view , quiet and light. Facilities in the room were very good. nice shower room. We did not have breakfast but our evening meal was good and a fair price. All in all a lovely stay.

We have nothing to add it was all in all delightful.
