Family overnight stay

So clean and well presented, huge room with super facilities and very easy to find. Breakfast was exceptional, fantastic value for money. The staff were so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our autistic son during breakfast by providing him with some favourite fruit to put on his Weetabix.

A nice place in a good location. Value for money with courteous staff.

The room was warm and big beyond my expectations. It was spacious for me and my family. The breakfast was good. The staff were polite and very interested in ensuring they provided good service. Very close to shops, and places of special interest like the Eden project. Highly recommended for people visiting Cornwall.

Nothing except the sound from the party downstairs. I can't complain about this too much because as an act of courtesy, a letter was left in our room explaining the party event. Moreso this is a Christmas party. The party ended at the time stated in the letter. But this will never stop me from using this facility in the future.

Lovely welcoming environment, very clean and a pleasant stay!

Lovely ceiling beams, great shower and very clean bathroom, plug sockets next to bed, great air con/heating unit! Bed was very comfortable. Food was very nice too, although a little pricey. Hosts were very nice and helpful!

Tv was a bit small in the bedroom. Dressing table chair was very wobbly
