Lovely and helpful staff. Great spa facilities. Bedroom decor is a little tired and mattress needs updating.

The bed was not comfortable in Room 132. The mattress was sunken in the middle.

Lovely hotel but room for improvements...

Hotel was lovely, room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Pool and facilities were all fantastic

Biggest fault - rooms were unbearably hot, to the point where we had to sleep with the windows open in mid December. Then didn't sleep due to drunk guests shouting outside. Service in the bar was poor, tried to order a drink at the bar and was told we could not order there and someone would take our order at the table, sat for 10 minutes before giving up and walking out. Breakfast was disappointing too, bacon and eggs were undercooked, and although it was nice enough it was well overpriced at 18.50 each, we would have been surprised at 10. When we questioned this on checking out the lady we dealt with was dismissive and said if we had mentioned it before paying she would had have got us a manager. To sum up the hotel was lovely and the staff meant well, I don't think they were set up to deal with the amount of guests that were staying at the time and the breakfast was a disappointment as well as a ripoff.

Expected the room to be nicer and more spacious could hear the people in next room bed was too small

Room and bed was very small and outdated for a 5 star hotel the use of facilities made up for the room

The cleanliness

The commercial feel, the lack of personal service, the lack of disabled parking with no badges displayed in the bays which was frustrating, the general ambiance was not as I expected
