    Other than the rude staff member, we enjoyed our hotel stay.
    Very nice hotel and very reasonably priced. The staff member who checked us in was very friendly.
    Some of the staff wasn't friendly and one staff member was rude to my boyfriend when he asked him a simple question.

    Worst Hotel Experience, ruined my Anniversary.
    The heating element is broken for the pool and jacuzzi, both are freezing cold and were unbearable to be in. The room was filthy, nothing was properly wiped down. There are handprints and dirt smudges on the doors, cabinets and both TVs. The room was very warm and uncomfortable, I woke up at 4am sweating. I called the Hotel from my cell phone because neither room phone was working. I let the front desk know that I was hot, sweating and very uncomfortable and they told me that there was not a maintenance man on the property at the time so there was nothing they could do about it. Then morning comes and I'm expecting complimentary breakfast like it stated when I booked the room but I had to pay for my breakfast, not even a piece of fruit was allowed. I spoke the manager regarding this as well as called corporate and I was told there was nothing they can do to accommodate me because I booked through a third party.

    I thought the person that sleeps on the sofa bed wouldve had a bed cover the night receptionist was mean and somebody was running playing on ur door
