My favorite place

Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Large TV. Comfortable lobby to hangout in. Nice toiletries provided. Friendly & professional staff. Overall reliable service & very comfortable stay.

Breakfast was pretty limited. Pancake machine was down, no pastries, no good cereals.

Have a stricter noise policy during nighttime hours. Make sure guest towels arent covered in someone elses long black

Location is great and staff was amazing

There was long black hairs in EVERY SINGLE BATH TOWEL I have blonde hair so I know it wasnt mine. Extremely gross. I was forced to listen to my hotel room neighbors have sexual intercourse for HOURS while I was trying to sleep. Me and my 3 yr child checked out at 3:30am bc I couldnt stand it any longer. My child, was also have surgery the next morning in New Orleans so we were both really needing sleep to prepare for the next day.

I will never stay there again

Every think was fine except the surprise of 75 dol fee for a dog. This is ridiculous and in my opinion it is a bit pet friendly place.

They are not living en a choice in a non refundable price for a room. That is just not right.

Superb

I got better service and a much nicer/cleaner facility than expected.

The breakfast was good and had variety. Really loved the Nutella and hot caramel that I put on my doughnut (wish I could have warmed them).

Really wish there was coffee pot in the room. The squeeze soap container was a real problem as I have limited use of my hands so was unable to use soap in the bathroom.
