Exceptional

It was a good trip with great accommodations.

The room was nice. All the staff that we encountered were very nice and helpful. It is in a great location. Easy walk to wherever you need to go downtown. Will definitely be back next time I need to be in downtown Atlanta.

Pleasant stay In Atlanta

Room was spacious and clean, staff were friendly and helpful, toiletries in the bathroom, cleaning on request (which for me was everyday). Good location.

There is a coffe shop for breakfast (which you can pay extra) but there is not much variety to choose from,

Still don't understand why I was charged such a price

The welcoming staff at the entrance of the hotel

For the price I paid (more than 200 Euros per night) I was really not expecting such a small room, with no light, no view, not even a bottle of water. Such a price is not understandable for the quality of this hotel. Floor is not really clean.

Good

Location was good, in the city center within the walking distance to the venue I needed. It was clean. Bed was comfortable.

I was given room No 308 which was near the elevator, it was a bit noisy. Streets around the hotel were full of homeless people, it has nothing to do with the hotel but negatively affects the impression. There was a chair and desk, however it was hard to fit the chair, as there was no space between the bed and desk. There was no safety deposit box. The rest was ok.

It was a good stay.

Location was great. Short walk to good restaurants, Peachtree Center, The Benz and State Farm arena.

The check-in staff seemed a little distracted at check in. Not very friendly. Lack of parking options at a reasonable price.

The parking. They offer valet and there is a public parking deck right across from the hotel. I wish parking was included but overall it wasn't expensive

Very good

I would stay again for sure.

I liked the ability to connect your streaming services to the the TV. Ive been to quite a few hotels this year and this is the only one who offered that.

I didnt have any issue with the elevators, but the inspection was expired. The date was 7/23 and we came in November.

Great stay in Atlanta

Rooms were really comfortable, staff were super friendly!

Location did have a lot of homeless people hanging outside the front, as a woman travelling on my own this was sometimes uncomfortable.
