    The Hyatt Centric Midtown Atlanta is a nice hotel with a convenient location in the bustling midtown area. The staff is friendly and supportive, especially Noel Cortes who provided outstanding custom (Read More)er service. The rooms are comfortable, although the east-side rooms have a view of the car park. The hotel is walking distance from various restaurants and attractions like the Coca Cola Museum. The hotel restaurant isn't tried, but nearby eateries are recommended. Some guests found the beds and pillows too hard or quickly deflated.

    It was convenient to where we needed to be. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
    Only 1 elevator was working when we first got there so ended up taking the stairs. I had to call right away for house keeping. There was no garbage bags in the garbage can and something was spilled on the drawer of the nightstand next to the bed. The air was barely working in the room I set it on 65 but yet sweat all night long. The bathroom sink did not drain very well. They had robes in the room. My stayed was for 2 but only 1 robe.

    Location was great, clean facility, nice room with coffee and fridge, nice bar with good bartender
    Employees didn't know where ice machines were but did go find out for me
