Comfortable and friendly.

Breakfast was lovely and location was good.

Neither myself nor my partner liked the fact that payment could only be made by card, even if all you wanted was a pack of sandwiches, a card payment had to be made at the bar. We both would much have preferred a choice of payment.

Lovely staff but overall not good due to cleansing of room and uncomfortable sleeping facilities.

The staff were lovely and really helpful!

The bed was very uncomfy making it almost difficult to sleep. The room was unclean. The toilet sink and cabinet was filthy, also found marshmallows from previous guests under bed. Tried numerous times to connect one to TV but did not work! No plug sockets in toilet to plug hair dryer etc in.

Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location for visit to OVO Hydro. Room was comfortable staff were polite and courteous.

Couldnt figure out the heating it kept blowing cold air I couldnt find any instructions not sure if it was working properly or if it was just me could do with some instructions in room.
