The Courtyard by Marriott Quebec City provided a great stay for a family trip with a spacious room and good location. The only drawbacks were the need for a better coffee machine and cold pool water. (Read More) However, there were no major issues and the overall experience was pleasant, leading to a recommendation. Another review praised the spacious rooms and bathroom, with only minor cosmetic issues. The location was convenient with plenty of parking and a free shuttle to Old Quebec. They gave us a room with someone else living in there. We opened other peoples room. This is a big safety concern. Also not friendly stuff

Very nice hotel for a family stay

The hotel is really clean, the room is quiet, and the heated pool is very nice. Free parking is a bonus. Good location, not far from city attractions, with lots of reasonably priced restaurants and malls nearby.

The half shower door makes it a bit tricky to shower properly, and it would be better if breakfast was included. Overall, nothing too special to complain about

Superb

The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

Netflix did not work. We are 4 ppl but they left only 3 sets of towels. For almost 300$/night and no breakfast included.

Room too hot!

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

The heat was stuck on in our room, and it was too hot to sleep. There was no one available the day we arrived that was able to turn down the heat and we had to sleep in a room that was 25 degrees celsius! It happened again on our third night. Also, there was a little side window with no blind so we couldn't block the light.
