    Good location and facilities. Value for money!
    The hotel is located closely to Mega parc, which is covenience for family with kids. Facilities were renovated and clean. Staff is all friendly. The hotel has a small playroom and indoor swimming pool open until 9pm. I like the most is free coffee and juice station 24hrs. The kichen team who works at the breakfast is very effiecient, they welcome, help guests and they clean everything so fast. Breakfast is good, especially the waffle, the batter is so good to make soft waffles.
    The breakfast room is abit small, hard to find spot if you go down late at 9am.

    Location is great and easy to access. Most of the staff was great, friendly and very helpful.
    The staff made a mistake and reimbursed me part of the stay and no one noticed until I checked out as it takes 3-5 business days to get the refund it was not yet in my account. They however demanded I pay for it right away even though I did not have no money physically since it was still processing. It was their clerk mistake but they would not be resonable even if they had all my information and card on file and it was their mistake. They are also still living in the covid area for their pool accommodations of 30 mins a day and they do not refresh or clean rooms on a daily basis we had to get towels from the pool as the maid said we werent on her list.

    Was a little pricey, but overall it was a pretty decent stay.
    The free amenities were pretty good. They had a free coffee machine and also body wash, shampoo and hair conditioner that came with the room. No signs of bugs or any type of infestation.
    The TV had a limited amount of English channels, some of the towels were wet and for some reason, the wallpaper was a little messed up when we arrived.

    The breakfast box was very limited and restricting. I don't eat meat and dairy products so I only had the fruit.

    Excellent bathroom (the best I experienced in Canada since I arrived last year!!!), cozy bed, swimming pool was heated and perfect size, breakfast is amazing
    Microwave was not working properly it took a while to make the food heated and the room was a bit small for 4 guests but it did not bother us at all

    Excellent place to replenish energy to continue enjoing Quebec.
    The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. It is great to have the coffe machine without cost, the laundry machine and supplies available. the breakfast is good enough. The staff are attentive and polite. we had a great time. thanks for your kindness.
