We really enjoyed a short 3 night stay.
The rooms are very clean, comfortable and warm.
You are made to feel very welcome and the breakfast is also very good.
The hotel is clean and tidy throughout and well situated on the sea front with all local amenities just a short walk away.
There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

The breakfast is excellent
Room a little cramped. Remove armchair and a small table. Consider replacing desk chair with another chair to double up as an armchair. Minor point though and it would not prevent me returning which I intend.

There was not hot water in the shower .I had a serious cold and I went to the job with conjestion and coughing because of that for two-three weeks .

Great B&B very friendly and helpful host. Room comfortable with great views of bay. All usual tea and coffee in room also bottled water. Breakfast was excellent lots of choice and a delicious vegi option. Also gluten free and soya milk so everyone catered for regardless of dietary needs. A pleasurable stay hopefully visit again highly recommended.
