    Pleasant place to stay.
    Pleasant place to stay, good views. Nice breakfast, freshly cooked. Good location although that did mean some road noise.

    The room was as described and able to park on the street outside. We were allowed in early as it was raining when we arrived. Breakfast was lovely, good choice on offer.
    The bed wasn't very comfortable, too soft and the springs squeaked when you moved about. The armchairs were comfortable, but too heavy to move easily; I managed to accidentally break a chair leg. (which I did advise Pauline). The location was too far to walk to local amenities; had to drive out to find somewhere to eat. We cut our trip short because of this, only stayed 1 night instead of 3.

    A lovely Bed and Breakfast that meets all your needs and more, inviting .
    What a little gem of a find, everything was perfect, a bath with a view and a room with a view who could ask for anything more and to have beautiful homemade pancakes for breakfast that was the icing on the cake. Superb hostess ..
