Facilities, no fan remote, tv remote didnt work properly. Housekeeping did not refill the day before check-out. Staff knowledge about product need improvement .

Listen the photos dont do it justice. The place is behind anything I expected. Its the great staff that are so welcoming that help this amazing hotel.
That other people know about it. I dont want this hotel secret to get out!

The best hotel I have ever stayed at! Everything was amazing, the facilities, the restaurants, the beach. Also the pick up from the airport. They picked us up and took us to a private port, from which we were taken directly to the hotel by private boat.

I will definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Boracay.
The area and the scenery. The staff was amazing they were able to accommodate every single of our requests with no hesitation. The activity manager Mariel was extremely helpful and friendly assisting my spouse with last minute booking activities.
The only real issue we experienced during our stay was sometimes the hotel would have a blackout that lasted a few minutes.

Well worth the visit.
It was an outstanding experience - the staff, service and facilities were first rate. Its an excellent venue and the quality of the food was exceptional.
The only fault would be the price of the wine and food in the restaurants. Granted, its a five start hotel and you expect to pay a premium, but I do think the markup on the wine was excessive .

One of my best stays.
Everything, great restaurants, sea views, arrival by boat, proximity to town, staff absolutely nice especially Aries @ Azure. Check-in very smooth.
Squeaky carts, funny smell in room and pls pls raise the water dispensers by the elevators so easy to fill water bottle. All minor issues really.
