The Crowne Plaza Lake Placid is highly recommended by guests. The friendly staff provided great service and the rooms were nice and clean. Despite a youth hockey tournament taking place during their (Read More)stay, there were no issues and the guests enjoyed seeing the teams having fun. The hotel has a nice pool and hot tub, and both the restaurant and breakfast options were excellent. The location offers beautiful views and convenient access to downtown shops, the lake, and nearby activities such as kayaking and hiking.

Comfortable, convenient, friendly staff, plenty of parking and great location.

Didn't have breakfast but was very happy to have 24 hour access to coffee and tea. Loved our little balcony and the bed was so comfy.

Can't think of anything negative at all.
