    An old and tired hotel.
    Great location and good view. It's old. It looks like something that was built in the 70s. The bathroom is so small and the toilet is in a very awkward position to the point that they do not put the toilet paper in the space provided because you would not be able to reach. I am small and petite and I was ok but for an average western people it's not easy. We arrived on the evening of Friday the 13 and everyone on the front office was so rude. Very disappointing.

    Our stay was everything we desired with being able to relax and enjoy a getaway from all the stress
    Our room was so right with view, easy entrance to garage and everything we needed. Bathroom was excellent with nice shower, everything was clean and tidy. Balcony was very nice and relaxing

    Spectacular location and service!!
    Our room faced Mirror Lake, the views were beautifully. We could walk to shopping and the Olympic Village. The staff were helpful and friendly. Kim was especially nice and gave us lots of great information. We loved our stay and will be back for sure. The hydro bike was a blast.
