Perfect location, wonderful staff, tired bedroom with no shower.

The location was perfect. The lobby was also lovely.

My shower didnt work and when I reported it I was met with the response Im sorry about that. The floor on my bedroom was dirty and there was sign of wear and tear.

The reception and staff is nice. Everything else is worse than you expect.

The reception area, bar and restaurant are nice.

The pool area is absolutely outdated and doesnt feel clean at all. The rooms are smallish, rather dark and noticeable outdated.

A great place to base yourself and family for a visit to Liverpool

Location, bar with plenty of seats for kids. Relaxed atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble

Free bus service to and from the game! But that might be a bit much to expect.
