The Crowne Plaza London Heathrow T4 is praised for its convenient location near Terminal 4, friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable, clean rooms. Despite some issues with maintenance like missing (Read More) light bulbs and empty soap dispensers, these were promptly addressed by the front desk. The on-site Bistro offers a variety of cuisine, and the hotel is described as new with soundproof rooms. Easy access to terminals, with a short walk to T4 and a bus ride to T5.

Location, staff

The rooms are nice bit not cleaned properly, ours have drink stains on coffee making area and stains in bathroom, we cleaned ourselves with wet wipes.

Everything could be much better, we've been in crowne plaza in Istanbul, was a massive differents in all services.

Good sized rooms, with excellent beds and bedding

Cleanliness of bathroom and coffee making area was poor. Breakfast whilst ample, was not 4* quality.
