Very comfortable.

Friendly, courteous staff. Clean and comfortable room. Enjoyed Room Service which arrived within 20 minutes. Food was fresh and very tasty. Very comfortable night. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options. I used a taxi to travel to and from the hotel by choice. There is a Hoppa bus available if preferred and if it fits with your schedule. I have stayed at this hotel before and would definitely stay again.

I was not overly impressed with the coffee for breakfast. Maybe that is just personal taste. The air conditioning control unit could not seem to be altered from its setting at 23 C. I tried to lower it to 18 C but after an hour noticed the room temperature had gone from 25 to 27 C. Switching it off altogether was better, otherwise, contacting reception was my next option.

Pleasant experience and value for money closer to heathrow airport.

Value for money experience closer to airport. Earlier check in and later check out time is also a great feature of the hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Poor toilet flushing system. Not very close to amenities but delivery for f&b is always an option.
