The lighting, too dark inside the room On one day, theres no water supply the whole day. But the staff could not address the concern of the guests. This is disappointing

Not as expected

The location was ok. Easy to find on street parking. Reception staff was helpful when I requested a room change.

It is not as expected or as described online. The room that I had been given first, fridge and t.v not working room was as small. Furniture is a bit old, I had to request complimentary items as it wasn't available in the room as was described on the booking that comes free. Breakfast wasn't worth it. There are not many options. There was no room while I was staying. I had to request extra towels.

Clean, great value for the standard of hotel.

Hotel was clean and staff were great

The night I stayed, other guests were very loud on my floor. Only managed to get a couple of hours sleep.

It was a nice relaxing 3 nights stay

- I liked the layout of the room. - The lighting options. - Staff calling the room to provide an update from my initial request when booking. - Friendly staff members. - The scented air freshener. - The Aqua Senses products

- The 12 car park daily fee. - The planes passing over the building. - Not enough pescaterian option on the menu. - Not having the option of evening buffet. - Separate price for a hot chocolate drink with continental breakfast buffet.

Very poor

Dirty and shabby accomodation, price/quality unacceptable

All dirty, bathroom never serviced in 5 days, room much smaller than pictures, stains on the walls, hairs in the bed at arrival, soiled and ruined furniture, all shabby. I'd have hardly rated 2 stars, sure not 4.
