Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the theatre was a bonus. Many guests expressed a desire to return in the future.

    The club lounge was very dirty . Glasses all over the place and it seemed no one attends to it at all. Couldnt relax in there .

    Perfect location needs nicer pillows.
    The location is perfect for a visit to Stratford on Avon. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean.
    The pillows were hard, didnt sleep well at all. The bar was closed at 10.45pm.

    The hotel served its purpose to visit family.
    The reception staff were very helpful and the central position of the hotel was good. The room apart from the bathroom was OK. Pillows were uncomfortable though.
    The bathroom really needs modernising. We had difficulty working the shower on the first morning and when we did manage to get some water from it, it was completely ineffectual. I would suggest that a plumber needs to look at the shower in room 3048!

    Great breakfast and facilities. Our second visit to this hotel. Staff v friendly.
    The window in my room was glued shut. There is a funny smell in corridors and too stuffy in morning. Need to have windows that open.

    r Room comfortable and quiet. Staff polite and helpful. breakfast very good.it is also in a perfect location.
    When we first entered the room it had a distinct smell of tobacco which was unusual as this is a non smoking hotel. We did report it so the staff could look into.

    The entrance and all public spaces were wonderful. It had an amazing fragrance so lovely.
    We were allocated a room furthest away from the lift . The room was inter connecting, which was a pain as there was a young family next door and their children shouting as well as the parents, not good. You would think whoever allocated the room would have checked!!!
