Very good

Central Stratford upon Avon within walking distance of all tourist attractions with a pool.

Excellent location.for visiting Stratford upon Avon. Has a bar and a restaurant. The swimming pools is large and clean. The bed was really comfortable. Definitely will return.

Would never stay here again, absolutely disgusting.

Nice main building

Room was in another building - prefab Room was cold, towel rail was isolated with no valve handles, dirty, old furniture, cracked walls, smelt of dampness, old carpets, stains on the curtains, food was expensive and quality not good. Drinks expensive and no free nibbles. Couldnt wait to get out of there. Staff shortages and looked like refugees may be staying in the hotel as well as they were smoking outside all the entrances.

Very good

Would definitely stay again fabulous location .

First morning was good and excellent choice , second morning was very busy so it was a buffet not table service , didnt look appetising.

Room service didnt turn up , didnt like the buffet option at breakfast .

A relaxing break

We felt that the breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice for both the hot and cold buffet.

We have stayed in lots of hotels that have a drinks machine dispensing tea and coffee. We felt this would have been a much better option rather than having to wait to be served.

Overall disappointed. The hotel looked so much better on the internet

location was good, bar was nice

Wow what a shambles.. Wife flies in to Uk alone for cancer treatment. Leaves the room 101 returning at 4pm to find the room empty ipad personal stuff including her cancer meds imwhich are totally impossible to replace quickly. Stuff was returned later that day in a bin bag! having been placed in lost property.. what was still missing were the Belgium chocolate Christmas presents which turned up a day later ironically. Sent e mail to head office .. nothing .. Tried to call the manager but the reception just rings out for 30 mins then cuts off. Been staying here for years.. not again.
