Short vacation
The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff were extremely accommodating. We got to hotel very late but Mr. Vamshi was able to assist us and provide a better room location. And upon check out, Ms. Rachael was able to grant us an extension for a couple of hours to enjoy the hotel facilities. So these were a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. We really enjoyed our 4-night stay and definitely will recommend this.

Very average.
Location
Maybe they were overbooked but the hotel was not upto the mark. The hotel delayed our checkin, the phones never worked, they were reluctant to provide extra bottles of water as well. We stayed with our 16 months daughter and they did not make it easy for us. The breakfast area gets full quickly and then we eat at a make shift location which is a hassle. I am sorry but experience was very ordinary and not at all what we expected.

We would definitely avoid them on our next trip
Room had a weird smell and didn't smell fresh at all. For next time. We would try and book something a bit further away at same price point and then take a taxi to commute to theme parks.
Upon checking-in we were told all 4 would need to sleep on bed despite us telling booking.com we are a family of four with two and their respective ages. Either booking.com didn't pass on the details or Crown plaza didn't note them.

The moldy smell was a big let down.
Room service was quick and efficient. The room was clean. Breakfast was fantastic!
The room smelled extremely moldy, which for the price and the brand (Crown Plaza) is unacceptable. Toothbrush made of wood that was not smooth enough to use, scared my lips after a 2 minute brush. I am all for protecting the environment but make sure the environment friendly products are actually fit for use.

Pleasant but definitely not comparable to our last stay.
Balcony with pool & sea view. Very good restaurant & view coffee shop. Wagnan was extremely attentive in the restaurant at all times and made us feel very welcome .
Room service. Had to continually ask for bathrobes. Extra charges for ice & bucket. Room service charge different than shown on menu.

Great location with very average view.
I had requested for a checkout at 1:30pm and the staff confirmed. But it got annoying as they called 3 times and visited the room telling me to check out from 1pm continuously. They couldve just told me it wouldnt have been possible which wouldve been okay.
Toiletries included only toothbrush. Health faucet was too strong.
Breakfast quality was poor. Rooms didnt have glasses for water. Worth $300/ night? Not at all.

Not the best did not meet our expectations.
Location & lounge access
Expectations was not meet. Message was sent to the establishment and call was made in advance informing them it was a special occasion. Additionally the supervisor was reminded upon check in but there nothing no cake, fruit basket or even a card!!
