The resort is nice, but the restaurant needs to be fixed.

The board walk through the bush/scrub is amazing!! It is extremely beautiful. The rooms are spacious, nice and clean.

The pool is a little small. The restaurant is overpriced and the food is ordinary. There were so many flies, it was uncomfortable. We ordered a drink expecting a freshly made cocktail, but it was a can of horrible tasting soft drink with a shot of rum and it cost $20!!! This put a dampener on our experience.

Amazing hotel facilities, services and staff are below average

Amazing facilities, really peaceful, stylish and comfortable

Staff are not great, nor friendly. They missed our dinner reservation, got our orders wrong at breakfast and on the last day my wife was told to walk away from the breakfast table as it was 2 minutes before the kitchen opened (she had our newborn with her), as she walked out another guest took the table she was sitting at.

Very good

Really lovely location, loved the open, breezy style of accommodation. Beds were really comfortable.

The shuttle bus was very useful. Loved the cold towels and tea on arrival.

The bar food and drinks were a little expensive and food (such as the lobster roll) a little disappointing for the price. Staff didn't really seem to clean up around the pool, so the tables were sticky from previous drinks left on the tables.

Over priced wouldnt recommend.

Pool was nice but to many un supervised children.

Board walk was very dangerous missing timber, restaurants below average very expensive food was slow coming out, meals were very small.

We had a lovely time with the family, very relaxing stay.

The position located within forest land was beautiful. The lap pool was very nice.

The gymnasium wasnt very equipped.

Sadly, average. We had high hopes for this visit but were incredibly disappointed.

Beautiful location. Very clean rooms. Nice pool. Well designed property.

Unfortunately we had a terrible person at check in. Very rude and wouldnt listen to feedback. Had to avoid her for the rest of the visit. The food was expensive and not of sufficient quality - we decided to make our own meals for the most of the trip. The gym was just terrible - equipment was old and the space was too small.

Superb

Family oriented hotel with comforts of a resort a step away from the beach

The setting in the jungle with the sound of the cigadas is unique. The walk to the room provides a sense of privacy that you dont get in other hotels. The setting of the verandah and the welcoming and friendly attitude of the staff serving provides a comfortable place the spend an afternoon.

The hotel and the pool is dominated by young families and their children. This isnt ideal if youre looking for peace, quiet and sense of space. But I guess its ideal if you have children.
