The only downside was the breakfast, which could be improved, especially for vegetarian options. The resort is like heaven and an Eden garden combined, with a beautiful, clean beach. The staff treat guests like family and take care of their every need. The location is beautiful and the staff promptly attend to any issues. Overall, it's a very nice resort hotel, especially for families looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

Perfect family holiday resort!
Everything! The beach ( oh so clean) the pool the restaurants the rooms and the view! We had the ocean view deluxe room on the 5th floor and it was perfect!

Love it, would have been perfect if there were some restaurants and massage places within walking distance of the hotel
Customer service was excellent. Place was safe, quiet, had its own beach walking distance to Marble Mountain. Only been to the pool once but should have didnt more time there. Room was large, clean and nice. We booked an ocean facing room, there was a small balcony and we could listen to sound of the waves (sometimes fishing boats at night) and woke up with sun shining onto our bed
Our room was at the end of the hotel and is a very long walk from hotel lobby. There are no amenities around the hotel and we had to grab to town centre for food and massage. Grab was not expensive and never took more than a minute to get one

AMAZING VIEW AND EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE STAY.
Good Location but the Breakfast could be better.
The breakfast place as a make shift arrangement and thus it was not such a please as a Marriott brand offers.

This is just not a five star hotel in every point.
The pool beeing very close to the beach.
First room had electronic issues, replacement room shower did not work properly, night stand could only be dimmed but not turned off, had to unscrew bulb.
Only one Restaurant open, pool bar lousy food! General the hotel is lacking the 5star details!

a great break away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the pools were fantastic. the food was great. would definitely stay again. what made our stay superb was having a ground floor room with direct access to the pool area

The design, cleanliness, breakfasts, room service is exceptional. The beach is clean, the pool area is spacious. Great hotel to forget about work for a week!
Water could be provided for free in the pool area. We ask for water in the beach bar, but were told to pay, although the same water is delivered to the rooms for free.
Some of the staff isnt very confident in English, so it was challenging to order room service with special request over a phone.
Some of the sinners at the beach need an upgrade.
