    Well located, spacious suitesgood value for money
    Well located and minutes walk to the beach and seafront promenade. Suites were big and spacious with basic amenities provided such as toiletries, cooking utensils, laundry powder. Staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety.
    Lifts were slow as it was also being used by the housekeeping staff. No flexibility with check In and check out times, hotel lobby quite small and can get quite crowded when big groups arrive.

    It was a pleasant stay at Altara. Breakfast was delicious with a range of choices from congee, pho, Vietnamese dishes, continental breakfast, and dessert. Hotel was relatively close to the beach and there were restaurants close by to visit for a meal. Hotel room was clean and the service was good. The people at Altara were very helpful and informative.
    The lounge room seemed a bit smaller than we expected. The room had to be ventilated because it seemed a bit musty.

    Comfortable stay but not quite 5 star experience
    Spacious apartment with laundry, good breakfast, staff were friendly and attentive, daily housekeeping with free bottled water. Our suite had a wonderful view. Tino at the front desk was very helpful and Linh at the restaurant greeted us beautifully every morning.
    Building was not so well kept but that could be normal standards, pool was too cold for this time of year, lifts took a very long time, location was good for the beach but not much else within close walking distance, reception area was small. Our hallway sometimes smelt of smoke from neighbours despite all rooms being non smoking.

    I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Danang
    Where do I start? The property was very clean (my only complaint was the smell in the hallway - musty or mouldy) but that is my only complaint of our whole 7 night stay. The breakfast was amazing - so many choices including a separate vegan menu we could order from every day! A special mention to Linh unpstairs who was the most friendly and welcoming staff member! They even brought us soy milk every morning and remembered our eating preferences! The room was spacious, quiet, clean and had everything we needed - the washing machine and dryer were so so handy!!. We didnt eat in the room so only used the kettle and 2 cups for tea. The bed was the most comfortable king sized bed and we slept so well! The pool and gym were amazing and we really enjoying using those facilities (the views were incredible up there). We would 100% recommend altara suites and will definately stay again!

    Room was massive and had everything!! Location fantastic for everything. Staff even managed to get me tickets last minute to the river cruise to see dragon bridge fire display. Breakfast was fantastic.

    A high standard service apartment, very clean and comfortable! Within close proximity to the beach!
    Breakfast was ok, although not that many western food choices available. Apartment was great! Clean and comfortable. Amenities provided was excellent. Separate washer and dryer were available in the apartment. Each bedroom and living room had a tv which could connect to youtube etc!
    Lifts were slow, had to wait a long while for available lifts especially when going down from breakfast level which was on the 32nd floor.
