    Beach access, staff was helpful. Rooms at Level units are big.
    We didnt expect the resort to be so run down & a lot of old room units / restaurants unused / poorly maintained, even unfinished units. It was just very unsightly. Buggies used to ferry guests were old & rusty. Bedside table only on 1 side which is bizarre, my husband had to use a chair for another side. Room towels appeared so old & was given 1 with tar stains. Last day of check out, we waited 30mins for the buggy to turn up. Good job we buffered more time to airport.

    Outdoor shower ! Really nice flat / bungalow. Good breakfast, responsive staff, nice beach, good pools and sunbeds.
    Quite tight on water, for the price you would expect better than four tiny bottles per day in the room between 2 people. Also bad weather meant we couldnt go in the sea.

    Nice resort, great location, shame about the rain.
    Lovely grounds, great location on the beach and between Danang and Hoi An. Was very easy to get a car to either city. Level rooms are large and some have ocean views. Level lounge food/drinks was a nice touch.
    Weather in late December was much wetter than I expected - I guess hotel can't help that. Breakfast was good but could be better. The spread tries to please a wide variety of tastes. Almost everything on the menu in Level area was available out in the main area - I could just help myself much quicker than ordering. Level rooms were nice, felt a touch tired. Some are being renovated which is needed. Table and chairs on balcony was nice but would have been nice to have more lounge type deck furniture such as a day/sun bed.

    Excellent stay and excellent service provided by the all the hotel staff.
    What I like most is the excellent service provided by all the staff in Melia Danang. I would like give my warmest compliment to our Level manager, Ms Daisy. She is very friendly and will greet us every morning at the breakfast table to recommend places to go in Da Nang and how to get there. The Sasa restaurant waitress, (sorry I forgot yr name) taking charge of the Level section is also attentive to our needs and will remember our favorite drink. Not forgetting the front desk staff is also very helpful to settle our air tickets.
    I think the property is still undergoing upgrading. So we are understanding that the water drainage is not flowing perfectly but it is ok and did not cause any choke, Hot water seems lacking sometimes, we did not get very hot water, just warm and may be a little cold when we shower outside. These are all minute recommendations for their improvement.
