Great location, clean facilities, quiet venue, friendly staff.
The steep driveway entrance was tight for my low rise car.

Ocean and river views were spectacular. Central location to the beach and surf club.

The location was amazing, great walking paths, and across from the patrol beach, great coffee shop
The unit was very neat and clean, and there was plenty of equipment needed for our stay.
The Pool was out of use as the tiles were needed to be fixed.
I paid for a Superior Room with a water view, we had a unit on the 2nd floor at the back of the complex.
There were other units having renovations completed so that means most of the time there was only left working.
No aircon in the bedroom but new one in the living area
I understand that each unit is owned by other people but if a booking comes in with request maybe they are better off Not accepting the booking than taking the booking, and people booking somewhere else.

The Pool was out of action the complete week we stayed at the venue. No notice nor compensation was offered to us at all.

Very enjoyable.
View was fantastic and close to everything. Everyone in the building seems to respect each other. A very nice hot tub at the back was a surprise. The surf club just across the road was fantastic for breakfast and drinks in the afternoon.
The aircon in the living area only worked for 5-minute intervals.
A bit of traffic noise but I guess it should be expected.
The swimming pool was closed.

Location at Main Beach was great. Surf club and beach just across the road. The unit was well equipped and spacious.
Unfortunately the pool was closed for repairs whilst we were there and oven was a bit tricky to work out. But it was minimal interruption for us.
