Very lovely stay. Nice clean and modern facility. Very happy.

The staff were all so friendly. The welcome lavender tea was a nice touch. They also made great margaritas

We didnt expect to have no in room movies. They are setup for streaming from your own device, but of course that presupposes that you have a paid service on your device to use. Not a bug issue, but perhaps one to know up front.

Understaffed, particularly Christmas luncheon in Citrque. Presentation and service was well below previous standards. The check-in was confusing & lengthy which lead to us being late for our lunch. I have also captured a photo of the tray that was delivered to my room capturing my unbelievable room service experience. I requested two coffee pots of coffee c/w skim milk & was presented with a 2ltre plastic milk bottle along with a packet of coffee machine pods? Absolutely unacceptable! As a returning guest for over 25 years, it was disappointing to notice the Marriotts high standards in this type of decline. With so much competition, I am seriously considering other options for future family gatherings.

Too expensive and had much better like at Star City.

lagoon was nice but not enough shade

Too expensive. Breakfast buffet is. rip off and I got charged $79 per person on xmas day with no warning, no one told us thats how much it was going to cost. No complementary water bottles in rooms, not enough coffee pods in rooms.
