Had a great stay and a wonderful time, loved the aparment.
The location was perfect, right at the end of Cavill Ave in easy reach of all that Surfers Paradise has to offer. The view is spectacular. The cleaning staff were brilliant.
The room was next to the elevator and could hear it going up and down. It was confusing trying to find the entrance on arrival. The ice maker in the fridge didn't work and there was no ice tray.

We loved the location - very hard to beat-but felt the facilities let it down.
Great location. Has a fabulous BBQ area - sheltered with tables and chairs. Staff were lovely and very helpful. We appreciated the daily towel change.
It actually seemed dated for a new property. Only 2 of the 3 lifts were working so it was a long wait anytime we wanted to get anywhere even though we were only on the 4th floor - if allowed we could have walked up the stairs. For the money we paid the apartment was quite small and not a direct view of the beach - just a corner view. The water pressure in the showers was awful.

Disappointing stay due to smelly room
The location and view were amazing. Unfortunately, the facilities and service really let it down. Our dishwasher smelled so awful that it stunk the whole apartment. We complained multiple times and while they tried to fix it, the next day it still stunk. Finally on our last day they decided to replace it but it was too late. Then they said they would refund us a night's stay and never did. For the price of this hotel it was very disappointing
