Advised by receptionist of leaving to request a full refund from Booking.com. No need to say any.

Breakfast was very good. Good selection of quality products .

Room had very strong distinctive odour of cooking coming from neighbouring corridor. Windows heavily condensated with mould on net curtains. Tv remote didnt work. Toilet didnt flush correctly. Very surprised and uncomfortable to find that we were accommodated alongside a large number of asylum seekers with additional concerns that there was 24 hour security staff outside our room. This should have been made clear at the time of booking. Corridors outside room very noisy.

Good value for money

The price is fair for what they offer. We liked the gym , but the gym was freezing. So the last day I didn't use it because I didn't have outdoor gym jacket. It was extremely cold.

Takeaways left in corridors. Safe in room not working. Bathroom extractor not working. A lot of TV channels not working. No maintenance team. Rooms only cleaned every third day so mugs not washed. Tea, coffee and milk not replenished. Towels wet as no heated towel rail.

Comfortable, warm and value for money.

The hotel was easy to find and very clean. I wasnt aware that we had to pay for parking. The room was a fair size, comfortable and very welcoming. The reception staff were great and nothing was too much trouble.

The property was great, it was more about the service at breakfast, porridge took 45 mins to bring, bread ran out. These things shouldnt happen in a well run hotel. To us it was a small blip and the overall experience was good.
