Only One Staff was rude - rest all staff are excellent.

The Location

The Only One Staff Behaviour was rude, i checked in early morning at 4 am, just requested for a late checkout and an extension of 30 mins paid extensions, but the staff present on duty was rude and without considering the relation for years he denied the grace period of 30 mins which i requested.
