    Location was good. Staff were polite. Pet friendly. Except that nothing else.
    Poor lighting. Poor infrastructure. Room is not as described in pictures or travel sites. No floor mats, bedsheets were worn/torn out, bed was crackling, interiors were horrible. It's a good place to shoot a horror movie rather. The view from the room's window is kachra and jungle. The walls were all dirty, toilet seat was dilapidated, there were no slippers or bathrobes as mentioned in amenities, washroom was smelly like hell and they don't understand what a "room freshner" is when asked for it..worst part was the ceiling and room walls were filled with seelan/dampness, and there is absolutely no maintenance neither they hesitate to give it to some guests for stay. Sorry to say but it doesn't meet the requirements of even a 2-star hotel/resort. Food was not good either. Very very basic this place is which is not up to mark for stay at 9k for one night (that was my bill including GST and tasteless food). I booked for two nights, I had to check out the next day unfortunately as I can't stay at a place like this. Will not recommend.

    Breakfast as always lack variety also prices on higher side knowing its peak of summer and Rajasthan being hot they don't expect visitors so to lure, prices should have been down 30%

    The location is good / food was decent and on location staff very courteous and helpful!
    The rooms are below average / bathroom had lingering smell ! The bed linen was weird and even after changing din feel clean! The price for this room just din match up to delivery! Sad sad sad

    Spider web on the bed. Hair in the Jam Bowl at breakfast. When indicated to the staff, he tried to pull the hair out of the spoon rather than replace the bowl. No COVID protocols followed by staff - no masks, sanitisation. Horribly unclean dining area. Staff potentially had no training. The price was completely out of range for the property - would've at least signalled what we were getting into. Not sure what diligence Booking.com really did! :(

    Just don't go by pics one should read the reviews on different sites before booking.
    Breakfast was ok
    Poor Management. At arrival there was no one to guide for parking or reception. We had to carry our own luggage up to the room on first floor. We had four rooms I was allotted room number 108. After check in I realized that WC was not working. The repeated reminders fell to deaf ears. We had to flush WC with bucket of water after each time we used it. The wash basins drain was not working, each time it took 15 to 20 minutes to drain the water. Next morning I couldn't even get one soap bar for a shower. Night till morning I could hear people cribbing over broken extra beddings, bottle of water & what not. How ever rooms are clean staff is polite and soft spoken. There are no mini refrigerators in the room which I think is a necessity not a luxury in this scorching heat. I would suggest the Upper management to take some earnest steps other wise they will not get the repeated customers once the reputation goes down, I would give 2 out of 10.
