    The ambiance and the concept is good but needs more improvement.
    Small door, no fridge, they told us its buffet breakfast but its only ala carte, nothing special in the ala carte English and Arabic breakfasts. No customer privacy as someone opened the door when we didnt put a make up my room sign at the door. My husband and I were sleeping and we woke up.

    The location was beautiful among the mountains of Dibba with nice chalet and outdoor seating area.
    There was a smell in the rooms probably because of new construction. Options lf food is limited.

    Swimming pool water was cold especially it was winter, and for two days the staff and the manager promised me to heat it up, but no one care. My daughter was so sad she couldnt swim

    Absolutely stunning location Great facilities for families with kids Beautiful coffee spot Attentive staff
    Even thought the resort is very new , it feels that the property maintenance has been overlooked in many places. Missing or fallen out bathroom tiles Unsealed wall holes round water taps Indoor pool had absolutely no slip protection matts around it. Once someone dipped into the poll , the whole living room turned into ice skating ring. Kids and adults kept slipping and tripping over. Really dangerous.

    Nice resort away from crowds and in a natural settings.
    Nice environment, away from crowds. Some of the chalets have sea view.
    Google Map location is confusing. There are two locations Dibba Mountain Park and Dibba Mountain Park Resort. Restaurant Food is over priced.
