A totally forgettable experience

Rooms were spacious and good parking

Housekeeping and the front desk response and service was atrocious. The housekeeping was irregular, the concept of vacuuming and dusting was non existent to Hilton staff. The front desk was absolutely clueless. To get coffee cups and coffee sachets replaced in the room it took more than 24 hours, which clearly points to the competency level and the hospitality.

Unbelievably Inept

The hotel was next to the convention center, where my conference was held

literaly every request that Icalled in advance to arrange was dropped. I went a day early to enjoy my visit before my conference started- It was all wasted dealing with their mistakes and dropped balls. The building is also truly run down. Im certain the only reason this hotel survives is due to the Hilton name and it's proximity to the convention center. The best thing about the facility was our lovely and accomodationg housekeeper.

I am disabled. You and hotel took money from me. Both of you get F--

The price you advertised on booking was $212 for 2 nights. They charged me $238. Plus taxes, and $34 for parking on weekend. They charged $38 for 2 breakfst buffets. I paid in cash But my guest and I paid cash. You did a bad job advertising dishonestly on booking.com. I am retired and travel domestically frequently. I will never again use booking or stay at any Hilton owned hotel. I am physically disabled. Shame on you for taking advantage of sick people. I will sue you and the hotel for taking advantage. Why screw over someone who can spend $10,000 a year traveling?

I like the location and the fact that the hotel had a free shuttle to the airport.

It is overpriced. The room was basic, the AC was extremely noisy, I would wake up every time it started. The hotel seems to be in need of some remodeling.
