    This Albuquerque Crowne Plaza hotel offers a wonderful stay with comfortable beds, soft sheets, and a tub. The location is conveniently situated near the freeway, making parking easy. The staff is fr (Read More)iendly, especially Brenda at breakfast, and the hotel is clean and quiet. It is pet-friendly and accommodated a suitable room for guests with dogs. Breakfast is delicious, and the area outside is safe. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay.

    It was a good stay
    It was not good when cause wanted to extend my stay but they didn't let me with my debit card but I use it to check and pay but I couldn't use it the next day.. It was a green dot card and it didn't have a mini refrigerator

    Very comfortable. Fitness room was pretty good. Great for a quick stay.
    My nephew and I were on a road trip. The hotel was convenient to the highway. It was clean and comfortable.
    The lamps on the nightstand didnt work. The volume on the tv was very low.

    Light fixture on wall broken, pump in hot tub not working, shower water lukewarm ( fixed next day), bathtub extremely slippery (hotel supplied bath mat.), moldy smell throughout hallways.

    Awful,
    Nothing . We booked the hotel because we thought we would get all that it offered. Instead. It was awful. I should have stayed at a cheap motel like all of my other teammates did and would not have woke up sore and stiff from your beds .
    The beds were awful . Felt like we were sleeping on Sprjngs . We stayed there because of the convenience of the location to our competition. The shower sprayed all over the bathroom . And for a short person . No indoor pool with hottub that we were told of that we could find . The restaurant was closed . So we had to go elsewhere . Just awful . We are powerlifters. We need certain things that we did ask for . Or we would have stayed elsewhere . Super disappointed and feel like we really we lied to by the pictures and got cheated .
