Near interstate ,friendly employees.

Location near the interstate. Comfy beds

Difficulty getting into the hotel from the roadway. Ice machine too far away. Took awhile to check-in only one employee working.

No clue! Didnt stay there

Didnt stay there since they were booked for Dec 8 even though I had a reservation. I have been charged 3 times for 2 room and we didnt even stay there. Ive been trying to resolve this but no one does anything!!!! Extremely frustrating and very upset that Ive been working on this during my vacation. The charges are still on my account

Great, convenient stay!

There were many food options right across the stress and Green Jeans Farmery. Whole Foods was right down the road too, and everything felt relatively close! The hotel felt clean and everyone I spoke to was really helpful.

The hotel was just a bit pricey for me.

Would not recommend this hotel. Not a good representation of Hampton Inns I've typically stay.

The location was the biggest drawback. Very difficult to find hotel and the neighborhood leaves much to be desired. Not a safe feeling for out of towners. The check-in staff was not friendly and the check-out staff was downright rude.

Disappointing

Staff needs additional training with customer service

The only thing I can think of is the cookies at check in.

It was very loud all night, indoor & outdoor traffic. Small tub near pool was not hot tub instead a whirlpool with cold water. I was very disappointed with staff. Breakfast staff was mumbling comments under her breath & not friendly. A heavy set lady from office pushed her way through breakfast room (during breakfast hours) carrying a large box over her head, she said whoever doesnt move can get hit as she walked past my daughter. And then she said in Spanish no estoy jugando translation Im not playing

Not the stay we hoped for

The guy at the counter when we checked in was nice.

Both elevators were out of service, our room was at the top floor. Some mids pulled the fire alarm, forcing everyone to evacuate. There was only one person working that night when the fire alarm was pulled.
