    The Doubletree By Hilton Omaha Southwest, NE is conveniently located near UNMC, making it ideal for shorter stays. The front desk staff is generally wonderful, providing friendly and helpful service. (Read More) The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds, and the pillows are fantastic. While there is no hot tub, the heated pool is satisfactory. However, there was an issue with the floor map at mobile check-in, causing confusion for those traveling with pets. Overall, a pleasant experience with a few minor drawbacks.

    Clean room except the toilet, terrible, uncomfortable bed. Love the make up mirror in the bathroom
    Clean facilities, smells very clean as well
    The bed I swear had nothing left to it. Felt like I was sleeping on springs. We went to the restaurant for supper which my hamburger was just OK, my wife didnt even eat hers as it was the strangest enchiladas that didnt taste good at all. Not sure what kind of meat that was but nothing about it or the Rice Pilaf trying to pass for Spanish rice was a Mexican dish.

    Cold water in sink didnt work. Digital controls on room were not all set up. Clock had wrong time and I couldnt change it.

    DoubleTree is always a great place to stay and the warm chocolate chip cookies are always a plus!
    The room was great and the facilities were well kept.
    I didnt realize that this property was so close to the interstate and that the parking lot had few convenient spaces.

    Loved being able to enjoy a cocktail after a long day traveling. The bar attendant was personable and friendly. She steered us to a great place to eat within walking distance.

    Just the bathroom and then that just the shower needs to be replaced everything everything else is perfect

    Sheets and beds were comfortable
    The toilet in our room ran constantly. The bathtub was extremely slippery, and the faucet seemed to need repair, and the refrigerator constantly made a loud noise. It's not great if you're a light sleeper.
