Overcrowded. Hotel couldn't cope with amount of guests. We have stayed here many times before however since it changed to all inclusive, the standard had declined. We couldn't check in to one of our rooms 3hrs after check in time. All restaurants were fully booked when we arrived so could only have room service. Wasn't a very relaxing experience.

The facilities are excellent. It's a family friendly hotel.
For vegetarians like our family, the hotel is a complete let down. Hardly 2 vegetarian items for breakfast and dinner. Rest is all non-veg. The veg pasta was as bad as it could have been. After a bit of frustration expressed, was served too oily and spicy mixed veg subzi and potato spinach curry. On a vegetarian food rating it's 1 out of 10.

Best part was DJ, Dance and aquatics at swimming pool to keep us engaged and active. And Kids club was very handy.
Although I took all inclusive package, I felt the buffet menu was nothing special and had few Asian options.
