Superb

Very Nice Place for a Short Break.

We liked service and arrangements. It is really good to have proper arrangements to have each room and guests. There is only one suggestion about the toilet that, it should has at least two dress hangers (rods) and it should be somewhere back of the toilet door to avoid wetting of dresses by spil of water. All other arrangements are very good.

It is in very good location with nice landscaping. At the same time it is important to note that for aged people it will be little difficult to reach the room as "Drizzle Drop Inn" is really on small hill top. Also it will be more beautiful with more flowering plants especially Dalia and Roses.

Very comfortable for a family stay and very much near to the town. Good play park for children and infrastructure

The blanket and bedsheet were not that much good in that climate.

Very pathetic behaviour of the management.

Staff were not good. Manager shifted to another hotel with low quality facility and room and charged full money from me. Management responded to booking.com that guest didn't checked in but we went and manager shifted us to different hotel saying electricity problem no room available.

Manager shifted to another hotel with low quality facility and room and charged full money from me. Before going we called up in the hotel and asked about room confirmation got response yes room is available. After going get treated badly. I want my money to be refunded back.

Extremely disappointed with the booking! The economy room they provided was on the rooftop and not appropriate for living especially in the winter! The blankets were stinky and the bedsheets were dirty! It was evident that they dont wash it properly neither they change it once the previous guests use it! Very very unhygienic. The only good thing about the property is their food. It was tasty and value for money! Bathroom was overall clean. The outer look of the property is deceiving considering the conditions of the rooms! Wont recommend to anyone!
