Just one bar soap for 3 adults was nor sufficient. Alsi, breakfast could have been better, although I appreciate the biscuits and gravy that was served.
The staff is so friendly and helpful at all times. We always enjoy the food and drinks.
Waking up at 4am fire alarm. But I'm so glad it was a false alarm with everyone safe.

Ineffective check-in and cleaning request policy.
Clean and neat.
We completed virtual check-in, no record of same at hotel. Trainee completing check-in was not very knowledgeable re check-in process, discovered room she assigned us to was not clean or in order. Also, after 2nd nite of stay(of 4) we requested room cleaning both by phone & at front desk, no cleaning ever done.
