I dont have pictures of the room smell like and cigarettes. HILTON is a big name but I feel like I used a poor motel.

The room, the floor was not level, the beds not level the table not level the toilet was not tight to the floor.

Customer service and breakfast was awesome!

1st room was older and cut out carpet on the 3rd floor as well as bugs in lamps. Had to ask for another room. 2cd room was a little better than the 1st on the 12th floor and had water damage in the ceiling. I was exhausted so I made it work. The hotel needs a 2023/2024 update or maybe just the rooms they give to us regular paying citizens. Breakfast made up for the disappointment for the cost of our old outdated room.

The cheeseburger and french fry dinner I had

I thought the hallways smelled like insect repellent. The sheets had too much bleach very uncomfortable to sleep on and smell. This soda machine were empty on most of the floors or out of order. The Starbucks coffee shop was closed all three gazed I went there to purchase coffee. Just not a good experience I was shocked! I thought Hilton was better

Disappointing

I would not recommend or plan on returning.

The bed was very comfortable and staff were friendly.

The building was very outdated as were the amenities. The room also was not very clean and we found two roaches in the shower.

Bang for Buck is pretty good here.

Breakfast buffet is good. The omlet bar is much better than the scrambled eggs in the buffet. Scrambled eggs are not supposed to be watery. Fruit selection was very good. Pastries were also decent. Staff in the breakfast area were very good. Coffee could be better for upscale hotel but still was acceptable. Fitness room was Very good!. decent selection of equipment. Very clean. All the machines were in good working condition. Fitness room was not very big so got crowded quickly on a weekday morning.

Below the 11th Floor is less than expected. Last 2 weekends we had rooms on the 11th and 12th floors and were very pleased with the accomodations. This weekend our room was on the 10th floor and there was a noticeable difference and the price per night was not that much different. The bathroom was very difficult to get in and out of because the door was extra wide to accomodate wheelchairs which i know is necessary but it made for an akward sidestep dance around the toilet in order to enter the bathroom and then get the door closed behind you. The mattress is way overdue to be replaced. the foot of the mattress was slightly highter than the head of the mattress and it was sunken in, in the very middle. All this made for an awkward sleeping experience.
