    Bed platform too big in small room. We hit our knees on bed frame all the time. Needs changed.

    The shower was nicely warm. Breakfast was good too with many options.. Shuttle to the airport is fine but you have to book it at check in.
    You have to call to get the shuttle to pick you up. Very impractical for international travellers who do not have a us phone. Some parts of the room were not very clean. There is not in build ac heating in the rooms so there is a heater inside the room which is quite loud

    Conveniently close to the airport. The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was pretty good.

    Nice Hotel Minimalist Amenities/ Carelful of The Rate - Print Reservation Before Staying
    The hotel is fairly new. The room amenities are nice but fit the Asian minimalist style. If one has traveled internationally to Japan for instance you'd be comfortable in this no frills environment.
    I only had one issue with booking the room on this site. The room rate showed a consistent rate with hotels nearby. However, on checkout I saw two different rates. The first night was the original booking rate. The second nite was almost twice that. In 30year as a business traveler I've never had two different rates per night in a single online booking reservation "after the fact" I stayed and closed out. I won't do that ever again. When I followed up I got some "story" inconsistent with normal reservation on-line bookings. IMO it was something else or someone else.
