The Home2 Suites By Hilton Charlotte Uptown has clean rooms and facilities, a great location near the convention center and Panthers Stadium, and friendly and helpful staff. The gym could use improve (Read More)ment, but there are dumbbells and a cable machine. Some guests found the parking situation confusing, but it was free. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, and the hotel was within walking distance of attractions. Breakfast options included pre-prepared sandwiches and omelets, but there was an issue for guests with dairy allergies. Parking validation is available to save on fees.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling thru.

Room was very clean & modern. Was stocked with all amenities we needed and staff was awesome. We also appreciated the email regarding finding the parking ramp, it made it much easier.

woke up to someone out on the street screaming obscenities around 4 am... not the hotels fault.

Excellent customer experience

Breakfast was very good. The staff was on hand to assist. The exercise room was convenient to use and had towels and water available. The check-in and check out was flawless.

No dislikes. I am completely satisfied with all aspects of this hotel. I have no recommendations for improvements. I will certainly stay here again on my next visit to Charlotte.

Great location for football stadium events

I came for a football game. Location was close to everything in walking distance. Train station close. Close to Bank of America stadium.

The lobby is located on the 2nd floor instead of the 1st floor like most hotels so it took us a minute to find it. Parking was on the 3rd or 4th floor for hotel guests.

Location A few blocks from Panthers stadium. Visiting to see America's team play. Dallas Cowboys Great customer service I wish I wrote down front desk clerk. She was so helpful. I made the mistake of booking 1 bed suite but wanted 2 beds. Initially was told none available and I was ok with that. She called my room later to say that she could accommodate my request. I appreciated that. Free bottled water

Parking garage very tight. Not enough handicap accessible parking. Wish the app or an app could be used to scan for entry/exit of parking lot. That slip of paper was a challenge at times.
